Hi Folks,

I am in desperate need of an answer. Is there a Pro/piping parts library available?

I have posted in another forum, left message with PTC with no response. I am working on a piping project (never used before & yes I know I need to take the course) that is due this Friday. My co-worker has Solidworks that comes with a piping library so we have been saving those files as Pro/E files. This has been working okay for the most part, however I am having problems with elbows. I can't fully consttain them plus they shrink when I re-open my assembly.

Thanks,

Todd

I don't know anything about Pro/Piping. The little bit of piping I have done I have gone to McMaster-Carr and downloaded fitting from there. I think I got them in .stl format. I had to create axis and datums, but they worked OK.

Thanks. I just got the answer I was looking for. There is a download of the pipe library on PTC. Once downloaded it has to be set-up but there is auto program to do that.
