Hello everybody, I'm new to the forum and wanted to ask you guys a question..

I'm assembling a centrifugal clutch, it works but the second axle already spins when
the friction plate isn't in contact with the outer drum.
How can I fix this problem? I have attached two screenshots,
- one with the friction plate in closed postion (now the outer drum should not turn but it already does),
- and one with the friction plate fully open/in contact with the outer drum (now the second axle should be turning).

The left (first) axle is a pin connection with servomotor.
The right (second) axle is just a pin connection.
And between the friction plate and the outer drum of the second axle is a cam connection.

Thanks in advance!

Ok problem solved by adding a solid connection between the bearings.
Next problem is the cam connection between the red friction plate and the big outer ring. When the friction plate comes in contact with that ring it stops the movement.
With following settings enable liftoff: 0,5; friction co
