Needs Help - "Triangle" Wheels Mechanism

Hi, i want to design a wheel chair that can climb stairs. I use triangle wheels for it. I've already modeled the wheels, and i want to simulate the mechanism and its motion.
But i didn't know what the right connections for the wheel, especially connection between wheel and stairs.

in this model, I've only assembled the back wheel. (see the picture bellow). The 3 wheels were connected to holder by pin connections. Holder was connected to main frame by pin. Main frame was connected to base (blue part @ the picture) by slider connection. Wheels, Holder, Frame, and Base are grouped in sub-assembly model.

My steps are:
1. Assemble Stair ; is connected to the body by slider connection.
2. Assemble sub-assembly ; fix connection, used blue part as component reference
3. Check and drag component - all of connection are ok
4. Make cam connections for each wheel - wheel surface vs stair surfaces (enable lit off)
5. Make a servo for stair (sliding)
6. run analysis

the result: wheels and holder cannot move and rotate well.

Maybe this movie can help you to understand how the wheels and holder works.
