From you question I realize your just learning and trying to follow a tutorial.I should add that those tutorials will lead you down an incorrect path.I could get into more detail if necessary.
Those tutorials don't utilize top down design which is paramount for using Pro/CABLE and creating drawings for harness manufacturing.How did they miss that basic detail?
Also if you want to route in 5.0 use the same route tool for routing as for creating wire or cable. WF5.0 interface has been updated or wildfire-ized.
