Conversion Problem

I'm having trouble converting a solid to sheetmetal using a driving surface. When I use a material thickness of 0.025" everything works fine, but when I use any value less than that it won't create the conversion.

I've seen this before, but it was a long time ago and I have forgotten what to do to fix it. I think it is as simple as changing a parameter, but don't know which one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
