Reference Tagging in 4.0

Hello All!


My company has just recently switched to Wildfire 4.0. Now in all of our interchange templates the reference tags for shrink and merge features (the only "features" we use) consistently fail. This is making it very difficult to drive our assembly templates. Is this something we are just going to have to work around or is there a way for reference tags to reference the feature in a model's tree in Wildfire 4.0?
