Slooooooooooooow analysis/playback

I switch over to wf4 from wf4 not to long ago. when i runa analysis that has a xsex, the simulation take a long time. It gets even worse when i try to run the playback. I am all for wf4 but at this rate i dont think i will ever get done. Has anyone ever ecountered this problem before. if so, what option did you change if any.
