Regenerate assembly features in mechanism

I am creating a top down motion assembly in Pro Engineer Wildfire 3.

I have two airfoil sketches with pin joints that rotate in a plane. There is supposed to be a boundary blend between the two sketches.

Therefore I cannot create two different assembly parts as I would normally do. Instead I defined pin joints on the two sketches (two parts in the skeleton) and then created assembly feature for the boundary blend between the two sketches.

Now, in mechanism application, I can run analysis on the two sketches, changing their positions. But the boundary blend does not update.

At each position of the sketches the boundary blend does not update.

Is there a way to update the whole model, assembly features included, when conducting analysis in Mechanism?

Thanks in advance for your help
