Pro/Cabling - Measure Bend Radius?

In attempting to route a wiring harness to a moving part, how can anyone come close to getting it right the first time? One clamping position is stationary and the other is cycling. It would be great to get this harnes to last for a few billion cycles...

Is there any way to measure the bend radius of an existing routed harness? Is there any way tto do FEA on a cycling harness?

Any advice is much appreciated!

Can you paint a better picture of your moving part assembly? Is the assembly like a pendulum?

You can set the minimum bend radius in the spool then as you move your part through its range of motion notice the cable/wire buckle.I would think with a little thought you could make sure there was enough wire management going on to ensure your minimum bend requirements.
