Worm and Worm Wheel Design

Dear All,


I need clarification in worm & worm wheel design.


given parameters are


1. worm PCD = Dia 3mm


2. worm wheel PCD = Dia 13mm


3. Pressure angle = 20 deg


4. Module = 0.4 to 0.5 (can vary b/w)


Plz help me how to design the no of teeth & get the proper mesh b/w worm & worm wheel.
