Assembly cutout

I gotta new problem while doing assembly cutout, surely you guyz will sort it out. In an assembly while doing component operations - cutout - select base part... I cant able to select the base part. Both are solid parts.


It throws an error like "A selected operation can not be performed due to scope setting "None" for BASE_PLATE1.PRT. What should be the problem?

In the assembly select yourBASE_PLATE1.PRT in the model tree, right mouse click>Reference Control. Change the setting under the Accessible tab.
