model check

hi all
i' m tryin' to run a model check on my assembly but in report i get only top assembly errors even it runs through all parts.
It asks in interactive modelcheck for options: "Top level", "All levels", "Sel components" but none of them is working...

is there some option to set or only way to do this is batch mode? if batch mode is posible i would like to know how to set up it...

Well unfortunately it was my fault cause i didn't notice switch between assembly and parts in model check report. Problem is that if I switch to parts errors i can't correct all parts at once. So I guess that batch mode would be what i need. But I can't set it up so if you know any good resource please just let me know...
