Under the "These options control table, repeat regions, and BOM balloons" heading
Change reference_bom_balloon_text to be "" (2 " (double quotes) i.e. empty string)
This only changes the option for the current drawing. To make the change appear in new drawings add the above option to your drawing_setup_file.dtl file. If you use template drawings you may have to change the option in that drawing start part as well.
