if you are using emx, this feature is builtin and you can search (I didnt remember this time and it is not installed too). If you are using pro mold design, I think it has this kind of feature too. Otherwise you can assemble the mold in a saparate assy file and assembel the molding in last and mate it with ejector pin face. make an offset constrain for ejector plate. now you can change the dimension and it will be shown ejected. Mechanism needs a lot of work, but if you like you can make it too, but mechanism is not for these kind of jobs.
