angle constrain in assemblies

hi,


somehow i m not getting angular constrain in the assembly...can anyone help.. i m using wf 3 and offcet column only shows 3 icons...
 
Im struggeling with this my self some times. ProE don't seem to like that constraint

. I don't know what constraints you already have used, but I think it is best to have a mate/align axis first.....
