I found WF3 very user friendly.
1. U can pattern along a curve. i.e. u can pattern the feature along a given curve while the features will always be perpendicular to the curve!!!
2.Very systematic way of arrangement for rendering options.
3. The'Placement constraints can be converted to joints very easily, and vice-versa.
4. New graphics for Mechanism, very illustrative very user friendly!
