cannot visible annotation

Any body can help me, i created an annotation (notes) in assembly model


after compleating annotation feature automatically the annotation not visible in grahic area, but model tree it is still there.


any body can explain the settings to make visble the annotation ?

I used notes option and make the 3d notes,


still i dont know what is the use of annotation.


How i can export this 3d notes to iges fles ? is it Possible in ProE ?
