Unbend help

The model consists of spline surfaces, set config.pro option mesh_spline_surf Yes and goto wireframe = you can not unbend in proe sheetmetla package.

Second best option (...well) is to use "flatten quilt", but the surface segments are not tangent to each other = can not use flatten quilt.

You need to consider re-designing the model if you need it developable. It is not what proedefines as a sheetmetal bent part, this is a more of a "formed" part.

Hey Caddie,

Thanks for the input. Just for your info. I did get it to work. What I
had to do is, I used the curves to create a boundary blend surface then
mirrored the surface and merged the surfaces. I then thickened the
surface and coverted the part to sheetmetal. The final shape cut was
then put in along with some rounds. I used the xsec unbend command and
that worked great.

Thanks again for your input.
