I don't think so. You could write a relation to check the material for parts and return a parameter. Then add that parameter to your drawing. But it's more work for nothing.
You need only to have a little attention. When you create the parts you assign materials to them. Then when you make your welded assy drawing you show these materials in the BOM. And you can see if the BOM is showing that you weld copper to steel.
