Hover highlight causes lock-up (solved)

I havea problem now after reinstall pro-e.when I point(or hover on model) model with cursor, light blue selection lines lock the program and they are being rendered againfor 1-2 second(only blue selection lines)but there is no decreasing in performance without this.do driver cause that?thank you for suggestions.
