If you work with intralink you still have the previous version in commonspace. But if you don't work with intralink I, too, think you can't get it back, unless you made a backup.
Oh dear. You wouldn't be able to delete your files from Pro/E if you had Intralink so I know that you aren't using it. Your only option is if your IT administrator runs a backup of network drives. If the files were on your physical hard drive and you don't backup then unfortunately they've gone forever.
You can rename the trail file for yourprevious session(assuming you have not purged your working directory) to "name".txa andthen "tools-play trail/training file" then open the "name".txa file. It will duplicate all your work and recreate the file. You can then save the file. It will save in your original working directory. Hope this helps.
