Surface Development(Flattening)

Hello

I have uploadedimages of a model created using general blend. I am interested in the surface development (basically flattening)of this model either by using 'Flatten Quilt','Unbent'/'Flattening' feature in Sheetmetal or any other suitable way in Pro/E.

Please help me regarding the same.

Have a look at this for unbending a blend general.

This works for straight shapes but if the shapes a more complicated then....

...... I tried to unbend something similar but more complicated and didn't succeed. At the time I didn't had time to play with the part to unbend it (maybe it can be unbend, I guess I'll die and never know

) but I finally went with a welded assy, the easiest and quickest way for my case.
