I have seen Gaming cards not working too well with multiple windows. Make sure that ur graphics card is set for best performance rather than best quality.
It is geforce6600 and driver 93.71(and few older versions before).
I have 3 computers with gf6600 and one with gf440 and ther is no problem with 15 windows.
