hatching lines

hi,


any body tell me how to show the hatching lines of a section in the surface model.


more specifically i have section in igs surface model and i want to show the section line in that.


ur early reply would b highly appriciated..........

just go to ur view manager and create a new cross section, after createing the view View attachment 2868


right click choose visibility. hope this help.

Sometimes the hatching doesn't show. See if changing the spacing helps.

Sometimes, the igs file only have the surface. So it is unable to show the hatching line.

Or you can create curve section (create curves around section lines), and then hatch this curve section; under properties of curve feature, select X-hatch
