Best CAD/CAM application ?

Which CAD and CAM application is the best combination for design and manufacturing of Mould ? How good is Pro/E wildfire ?

I found ProE is the best ever CAD/CAM application for mold design specially. Even for manufacturing purposes also. Wild Fire is the best line of versions of ProE.

Mold Design is one of the better manufacturing applications in Pro Engineer IMHO opinion as well. Even though it hasn't received the full-blown Wildfire UI treatment like part mode, assembly mode, etc., it does have that vertical toolbar arranged in a rather logical sequence that you can pretty much walk down in order to create your mold models and mold opening analysis.


And the Help section is pretty good as well.
