In an assembly I've activated a sheetmetal part to which I'm adding a form feature (#shape#form) In this case, I'm adding a 1/2 shear form that s/b inserted on another parts tooling hole when defining the placement but for some reason in WF 3, it will not allow referencing other components features in the assembly
To test this, opened a similar assembly from a previous build and deleted the "insert" constraint and can not add it back in WF 3
