WF3 M010 - What’s new?

Is there anywhere I can find exactly what has changed in each new release of Pro/E. I know Pro/E's website shows what's new in WF3, but I have just installed M010, and what exactly has changed between F000 and M010? I know for Visi Solids (another solid modelling package), they would include a text file detailing exactly the bugs fixed, new features, etc.
