WF Installation error

OK Guys....


At long, long last we have WF2... YAY.. We were also sent WF3 cd's but i didnt want to install them at the mo.


WF2 crashed during installation. Now the setup wont run to allow me to try the install again !! Any ideas as to what could be preventing ptc setup from running ??


Because im having troub le with WF2, i did install WF3. This too isn't right as i keep getting the following error:

The actual error read : CiceroUIWndFrame: xtop.exe - no disk


It was an error caused by the speech UI in windows XP... It conflicts with WF3 for some reason. I just disabled that part of XP.


Runs fine now
