I get this error every time I launch pro and my system guy has no clue.
Pro/ENGINEER could not initialize the specified locale "1033" and has reverted to running in English.
Please check the locale settings before re-launching Pro/ENGINEER.
I Had the same problem but the following fixed it.
Go to control panel, system, system properties.
Click the advanced tab in system properties.
Click environmental variables and under system variables click new.
I added variable name - PRO_LANG and variable value - EN
