Hi Maya... What exactly do you mean? For creating assembly in PROE you have to create some parts before creating whole assembly. If you want to create mechanisms from assembly than you must define and configure all your connections (DOF=Degrees Of Freedom) between moved parts during assembling assembly. You have to sent more details about your issue because your question is not clear..
