check in your installation folder of RSD. There will be another folder called RSDESIGNER with some documentation. Or just do a search for the PDF documents in the instalation folder.
I can learn alot by watching an AE. I once learned behaviroal
modeling by just watching the sales guy demo the modual. of
course it took me a while of fumbling around. But if you know
what you are trying to accomplish it is only a matter of time to figure
it out. Of couse if you are in a rush and time is money take a
class.
