MCAD Central Advertising - Terms & Conditions

MCAD Central's members include all levels of supervisors, management, entrepreneurs & employees. Many are affluent and mobile. They hold influential positions in their companies and authorize millions of dollars in business expenditures annually.

An advertising contract must be signed and faxed to MCAD Central before any advertising can begin.

•	All advertising will be invoiced monthly if not already paid in full by a credit card transaction.
•	If payment is not received within the time requested, MCAD Central reserves the right to cancel all advertising until payment is received.
•	Payment not received within 30 days of the invoice date will be considered overdue. A late fee of 10% or $200, whichever is greater, will be applied per month.
•	A 6-month contract receives a 15% discount.
•	A 12-month contract receives a 25% discount.

•	Once advertising materials are received and approved, please allow MCAD Central 7 business days to post.
•	MCAD Central reserves the right to approve or reject advertising at any time. The prorated amount will be refunded to the advertiser.
•	Cancellation of advertising must be made in writing 7 calendar days before the scheduled post.
•	Cancellation of advertising for any reason by the advertiser will result in a pro-rated fee.
•	MCAD Central has the right to hold an advertiser and/or its agency responsible for advertising posted, which was ordered by the advertiser or agency.
•	MCAD Central reserves the right to refuse advertisers with overdue accounts. Overdue accounts will receive a late fee of 10% or $200 per month, whichever is greater.
•	MCAD Central posts advertising with the assumption that they have the right to publish the contents they have submitted. MCAD Central will not be held responsible for any loss or expenses including, but not limited to, those resulting from claims of plagiarism and copyright infringements.
•	MCAD Central's liability is limited only to direct cost of the advertisement and not for indirect or other damages due to loss of business or profit.
•	Site traffic quotes are best faith estimates based upon past performance.
